Five Towns fitness workout of the day

At Warren Levi Martial Arts & Fitness we offer an array of martial arts programs and fitness programs.  One of our fitness programs is our crossfit program.  Start feeling great about yourself this coming weekend with the following workout.

Warm up with some stretching.

3 Rounds of the following with 30 second breaks:

10 Burpees

20 Air Squats

10 Jumping Jacks

30 Sit-ups
